Just wanted to share my great news. Just had my dexa scan. Last one was 2 years ago. My osteoporosis and osteopenia was improved. Since I have been negligent in taking calcium, weight training etc, I can only attribute this improvement to seeing Dr. Jen twice a month for treatment.
