Excellent service as always from all personnel that I had contact with. Front desk service was especially above and beyond. She entered information into the system much quicker than I could, I am so thankful.
The doctor I had was very helpful and technically proficient. She was very good. The nurse who checked me in was outstanding. Very easy to talk to and very easy going with a strong “bedside” manner. The young lady at the desk lacked professionalism and was border line rude. She needs some training on how to act like a human. You need to either replace her or she needs to change.
Rayy at the front desk was so professional. She made our experience easy going and very welcoming. She also kept us updated through out the entire process and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were okay. 10 out of 10 would recommend 🥰
