This urgent care truly operates as a care team. The check-in process was efficient and quick. I was second in line, and my wait time was only 8 minutes. The app kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
During triage, the nurse listened carefully and thoroughly to all of my concerns. I was tested for everything I mentioned before the NP even entered the room, which made me feel heard and taken seriously. Every concern was addressed with genuine care, compassion, and professionalism.

Great care, wonderful staff! Extremely patient, and I love that they didn’t make my son just another kid case. Took his concerns very serious and made sure to give him some comforting energy to relax him being that doctors or hospitals is not his favorite place at all.
The best nurses and primary care doctor were on the clock today. Thankful for their expertise and ability to quickly evaluate and identify a solution to get me in/out & on my way. 12 out of 10 recommend.
