I wish I could keep this place to myself but I can’t do that to them. Best yoga in the Beaufort area, fabulous spa massages. Dawn yoga listening to the waterfront, rigging clanking, birds singing… best. Elizabeth is a terrific instructor/guide through practice.

Joining EYS last year literally CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!! I went through the roughest year of my life, and since joining my life has never been the same. I was able to heal debilitating anxiety, I made some of the best friends ever, and even got inspired to co-teach classes to help spread the gift of yoga!All the instructors are super friendly, funny, and make you feel so welcome. The owner Brittney is one of the most supportive women I have ever met in my life. Plus the massages and additional events and workshops are amazing!!! Highly recommend!

Just had a deep tissue massage with Brittney. It was wonderful. Her spa is beautiful and she has super comfy robes. She asked me my concerns and focused on the area I came in for (tight right side). She gave extra love and attention to this side while not neglecting the other. She incorporated warm towels on my back and gave a very relaxing massage to my shoulders, neck and head. Booking an appt with her is very easy and her prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend her. Thank you so much Brittney!!
