She asked detailed questions about my entire hair care and styling routine, listened carefully, and then walked me through what was working, what wasn't, and how I could improve it.

She gave me personalized recommendations, suggested products that might work better for my hair, and provided clear, detailed instructions for changing my routine. She also demonstrated techniques and explained exactly how to style my curls and manage frizz on humid days. Most importantly, she gave me my first haircut specifically tailored to my curly hair, and the difference was incredible.
