“First off I have no problem with staff. They are always great. What I do have a complaint about is their billing. Apparently since I hadn't been there in a little over a year they charged me as a new patient. Never mentioned this to me. Charged me a ridiculous amount to freeze off one tiny little spot. Then charged me another crazy amount to remove 2 more. No one said their pricing had changed. No one said you pay this for the first and this for the second up to the fourteenth spot. NOTHING! I think I will find a new dermatologist.
