Lois is absolutely AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable about skin, she is very patient and explains everything in depth. She is professional, gentle and thorough. Lois is the SUPERSTAR of skin care consultants. I live in Maryland and she looked at my photos and designed a regimen for me with detailed directions and also spent several long phone calls answering my questions and helping me. She really knows her products and how to apply them. She is also a very cool person! Wish she was in Md.!
"THE FACE WHISPERER" I like to call her.This facial is what all Estheticians should strive to give. She examines and troubleshoots first, then gives you what your skin needs. NOT ALL SKIN IS THE SAME, of course. However, with Lois, you don't book by selecting a name of a type of facial service online, you book with her directly, and she'll let you know what your skin needs after you arrive.Trust the process and you will never go to a salon or spa (to be treated just like the "NEXT!") again for anything face/skin related again.
