She was extremely knowledgeable about the hair removal options. She told me I didn’t have to do the procedure the same day if I didn’t want to if I needed time to think about it, it was fine and no pressure. It was so nice seeing an African American business owner that wasn’t trying to over charge and sell me something I wasn’t ready for. Long story short I went back and started the process and it was super smooth! “Exceptional service and person!! I have eczema on my face (as seen in picture). Prior to seeing Señora Johana my eczema was very bad and hard to control the spread. She helped me by not only doing her topical work but also educating me on nutritional facts and lifestyle habits that could amplify the results (calming eczema flare-ups). Since seeing her my eczema has minimized in spread and flare-ups don’t happen as often! If you see Señora Johana and want to see impecable results, follow her regimen religiously! I do see a difference when I DON’T follow her regimen (products, nutrition, and lifestyle).
