I powerlift, and as a consequence, I get super sore and tight. She work out all my knot and rough spots, all while listening to me yap. Not only did he correctly diagnose a hip problem that my orthopedist thought was a back problem, he got me back to playing volleyball within 2 weeks. AMAAAZING.
