I have been to Massage Envy for several skin care treatments: chemical peel, dermaplane, LED facial, hydration facials. I have seen Cindy each time and she is wonderful! Not only is she sweet and pleasant to talk to, she’s very knowledgeable as well! I highly recommend Massage Envy in Franklin and especially Cindy for your skin care treatments!

This Massage Envy is great, and I'm very happy that I started a membership here several years ago.Jamie and her team of therapists are excellent- just keep in mind that they're burning the midnight oil trying to keep up with the demand for more appointments, and they're not drones- they get sick & have emergencies just like everybody else.Relevant to the changes in the labor market 2/2024It seems that, due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and other factors, that the number of people training in massage therapy has gone down, and many therapists have been moving away from massage entirely just because of the direct exposure that's hard to avoid in such a hands-on...read full review

Haven’t had Jamie for a few months due to her being booked. Well there’s a reason for that. She’s amazing. I normally ask for medium pressure but changed to firm-deep and she didn’t disappoint. I went in feeling very stressed and sore; and left feeling like a million bucks. Jamie listens to what you want and doesn’t disappoint. Thank you for being as wonderful as you are!
