The booking experience was so easy online and I was lucky to get a last minute appointment. It was a really great massage and I highly recommend Strong Fit. Jim listened to my concerns and asked valid questions to determine where the pain might have originated. I hobbled in to that office and within hours I was walking straight again!

I came in knowing I had a few trouble spots that are usually pretty tight most of the time. Jim was great listening to my exact needs, made sure to check-in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was how I wanted, and thoroughly worked through those pesky knots. Super professional! I will definitely be back!

Amazing experience every time, I found Strong Fit by driving by and quickly looked them up and really felt like I connected with their mission statement. “Putting people back together” I was once lifting 6 days a week and riddled with a lower back injury which scared me off from the gym for a long time. After years of being scared and a few physical therapists I find that Jim has put significant effort into helping me feel great and confident at the gym again.
