Massage Envy provides a variety of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, to support overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The front desk staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. Many clients enjoy their experiences, especially with massage therapists like Amy and Stacy, who are praised for their strong, deep tissue, and relaxing massages. Some clients have signed up for memberships, appreciating the convenience of scheduled monthly sessions. Facial treatments are also highly recommended, with clients noting the gentle and professional care from staff like Ashley. Despite positive experiences, some clients have experienced same-day or day-before cancellations without compensation, and concerns about pricing, membership fees, and additional charges for visiting other locations remain. Overall, clients often leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and satisfied with their treatments.
My nephew was on leave from the Marines and, after a long flight to be with us, in addition to work-related stress and an injury, we called this Massage Envy location to see if we could get a massage for our nephew.
They got him an appointment same day and could not have been more wonderful. Bailey and Andrea at the front desk were very kind and professional in making sure his needs would be fully addressed during the visit, and he definitely walked out after the massage looking much more comfortable physically and less stressed emotionally.
This was our first experience with Massage Envy and we are very impressed and grateful for the exceptional service!

A Calming Facial with Joyce is the way to go definitely. Just lay down on the heated bed and never want to leave. Left feeling so great after arm and hand massage and multi-step facial and extractions. If you haven't been you need to try this!

There were a few moments where I wanted to ask for less pressure but I decided to let her do her thing since that is what she specializes in. I ended signing up for a membership. It’s so worth it and it’s nice to have something scheduled monthly. My 2nd massage was with Stacy and I loved her! She does give a firm massage but it is also relaxing as well.
