I felt very comfortable and she explained the session and what to expect. Kerri has a very calming energy which made me feel more comfortable. After the session, I was so relaxed and I felt a peacefulness that I carried with me throughout the day. I was having some hip issues that morning, which I did not mention. Kerri managed to take that energy and release it for me and my hip pain was gone. I felt the benefits during the session and continued to after. I would definitely recommend a Reiki session, especially if you have not had one before.”
