RIHI was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of replacing the siding on my house! Lou, the sales rep, did an excellent job showcasing the product, and the woman in financing (apologies for forgetting her name) provided helpful information on various options. The project manager, Mike, along with the foreman and workers were phenomenal. It was impressive to witness the efficiency on day one as they swiftly stripped my house of old wooden shingles. Even amidst their busy work, one of the workers took a moment to help my mom, who was holding a couple of heavy bags. Taylor came to our house and is a friendly, pleasant young man. He did a wonderful presentation, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Can't wait to have my new windows installed!! He is coming back to give us an estimate on a bathroom remodel ...very excited to visit their showroom!

We had the pleasure of working with Ed while getting a quote for a siding project. He was fantastic, very thorough in explaining the process, easy to work with, and helpful in deciding on colors and design. We look forward to having him be our main contact while working with RIHI.
