I had buildPros do my house siding a year or two before the covid quarantine. It has been several years now and I can attest to the quality of the work and so far everything has held up very well, and I expect it to continue to do so. Recently I had a question about something from that job and Rouben was right there, on the spot and took care of my worry quick like a bunny! I am very satisfied with this builder and would recommend him for any jobs you might need.

I hired buildPROS for a 203k project 8 years ago, which was a very time and budget sensitive project. buildPROS did a great job for me start to finish and was able to complete the project on time and on budget. Since then I have used buildPROS for other projects around the house including HVAC and some construction consulting for my own DIY work. Plus I recommended buildPROS some of my friends and they were very happy with their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable contractor.

I had Rouben and the team at Buildpros renovate the 2nd floor of my 1860 farm house in Wakefield RI. This consisted of a complete renovation of one bathroom, a partial renovation of a 2nd bathroom and ripping out some awful carpeting and refinishing the original wide-plank pine that was buried underneath. The whole project was a real challenge because the floors were really uneven and it came out great. The price was very reasonable (tied for the lowest among 3 bids), the quality was great, and Rouben's communication was fantastic. He always responds to questions/concerns, usually the same day. It is clear to me Rouben loves what he does and takes pride in his work.
