I am in the process of selling my house and my lawyer just found out that Liberty Roofing opened a permit to work on the property, never paid for it and completed the job without an inspection. This is breach of contract at their end. The permit is open and this will create a major problem for me to close the sale. I have contacted but no response to this major issue.<br>I will certainly update this review if they will take care of the issue immediately. I should not have this problem to deal with as a client who paid fully. Permit is a very important part of this job and that’s what is promised in the contract. “Cesar and his crew are awesome. Regardless of what contracting project you need these guys can do it and at a price others can't match. The quality is great and any issues they fix immediately. We've used them for years now and had them do 2 roofs, a deck, stairs and retaining wall and it's all perfect. Go with them and you won't regret it.”
