Great company to deal with. We had issues with a storm door widow that was faulty and dangerous. When the manufacturer refused to replace it, Venture, who did the install, stepped up and replaced it with another brand new door. Above and beyond from a customer service standpoint from the first call to the resolution.
Did great work for me when they first started out. Roof is still in great shape. I was young and stupid. Gave them a hard time paying the bill because I lost my job.i got back on track within a few months. I tried to make it right when I needed new windows. Let's say it didn't go well. Wouldn't even take a minute to talk to me. Can't blame them. Word of advice don't screw around when you find an excellent contractor/installer.
