They found some rot under a few windows that were incorrectly installed by a different contractor. I was panicked, but they made quick work of the repairs, inspecting the studs, and replacing the damaged sheathing. They re-taped the Zip System panels, then properly secured, sealed, and cleaned the gutters. Now I can sleep soundly even when it’s pouring rain.
