“Ana Mendes is the reason we chose Pella Windows to install our 21 windows. We interviewed 6 different contractors before meeting with Ana. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Pella windows and the whole installation process. She explained how the Pella Corporation has a special team servicing Martha’s Vineyard. We signed the contract with Pella immediately after the consultation with Ana. We are also very happy with the foreman Russell Cole who came to our house and assessed the windows in details and provided further insights regarding a leaky window. The installation team led by Pablo Suero did a wonderful job and worked diligently for 2 days and completed the installation as scheduled. He secured another experienced installer named Andrew for this project, shortly after his arrival on Day 1 when it was clear that he needed the extra help. Pablo and Andrew worked well together. Their assistants Armani and Calvin provided support. We were very impressed with the entire installation team!

“Atlantic Exteriors replaced 5 windows in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Steve was extremely helpful in choosing the type of windows we needed for our specific situation.

The installation crew worked over several days to complete this difficult job. Removing 50-year-old aluminum windows is complex because the original nailing flanges are buried under layers of siding and flashing tape, making access challenging. The crew peeled back the siding and navigated these installation layers without damaging the exterior. They also replaced all the insulation they needed to remove during the process. Despite the complexity, they did an excellent job removing the old leaking windows and installing the new Henry brand vinyl windows.

The new windows look and work great! We were so satisfied that we've already ordered the rest of the windows for the house, as well as a skylight. Very satisfied with Atlantic Exteriors!“
