Franklin Roofing
“Shane is the real deal. From day one up until everything was completely wrapped up, he was fully engaged and committed to providing us with the best possible experience . And when I say the best, I mean it.
Even after the roof was installed, Shane was fully onboard helping us out to make sure we had the best possible outcome with our insurance company. He is upfront about everything and documents, in real time, the work that is being done and any issues that may arise. He makes it clear that he is looking out for YOU and that it’s not just another job. He understands that this is a people business, and while his knowledge of roofing and attention to detail is second to none, he cares a great deal about the customer having a great experience and being 100 percent satisfied with the result. He also cares about his crew and was looking out for them when the job was getting done. We are extremely happy to have done business with Franklin Roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in the future. We love our new roof.
Franklin Roofing is the company to go with for all your roofing needs. Plain and simple.”
