I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mike and the team at Applied Roofing Technology. Working with them was such a breath of fresh air. Mike is just a genuinely good guy who knows his craft inside and out. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process instead of just pushing for a quick sale.

The finished work looks great and they were so tidy throughout the entire project. It is rare to find a local business that actually cares this much about their customers. If you need any work done around the Franklin/Norfolk county area, do yourself a favor and call Mike. You will not regret it!

Michael came out gave us a fair price and completed all work in one day. Our roof is 331 square. We had skylight issues a year or so later and he had his foremen Luis come out and button them up at no charge. Phenomenal service and performance.Now 10 years later . There aren’t any issues. Thank you Michael Luis and Team
