“4.5 stars really….I am 1,000% satisfied with my roof! Corey was my contact person and he was excellent, very responsive and polite. Very fair price too. Only -0.5 starts because they really beat up my native dogwood. I know the contract says they can do what they need to do to get access, but this tree is not overbearing and could have been cut back more carefully. Instead the workers just hacked at it wherever they pleased without considering the health of the tree. Alas, the dogwood did not produce any berries for the birds this year. Hopefully with some TLC (and a few hundred bucks I wasn’t exactly prepared to spend) from an arborist, it will bounce back.Despite this I would still highly recommend Ferschke Construction for your roofing needs.“

Julia provided pics of everything before and after so I know everything is legit. Franklin wasn’t the cheapest but my experience with Julia was so good that there was no chance I was going to go with someone else.“

“My roof sustained wind damage during a storm the day before Christmas. We lost several shingles and had water leaking into the upstairs bedroom. Edwin was extremely responsive and helped us out immediately by putting a tarp on the roof. When my insurance company underestimated the payment, Edwin fought really hard to get a more accurate assessment of what needed to be done and he advocated for a payment that was nearly twice what the insurance company was originally going to pay. The result was that we got a beautiful new roof and it was done the way it needed to be done. He was extremely easy to work with and I felt he always had my best interest in mind.
