“The vinyl siding on our house was torn off due to an accident with a lawn company.Our insurance company had Lion Exteriors do a complete replacement of the siding and the trim. Marco was in communication throughout the process.The construction took a little longer than expected due to some minor hiccups, but Marco and the team came through in the end.While they were removing part of the siding, we noticed a leak on our ceiling.While removing the siding, Lion had simply revealed a problem that was already there. The leak was due to missing flashing on the front. Apparently, the person we had purchased our home from had shingles installed, but neglected to install flashing in that area. Marco and his team took care of it right away, no questions asked. Fortunately, this was covered by our insurance company.Isaiah had recommended replacing windows, since the siding was already off and the windows were more exposed. They were old, and a few of them either would not open, and/or close, so we agreed.It took a while for the window company to replenish their stock, so that was put on hold for a bit (no fault of Lion).There was some miscommunication on how they were going to be installed, but thanks to Marco and his good customer service, it worked out 'very' well in the end.Our home, windows, and new front roof shingles look 'Fantastic' both inside and out. “4.5 stars really….I am 1,000% satisfied with my roof! Corey was my contact person and he was excellent, very responsive and polite. Very fair price too. Only -0.5 starts because they really beat up my native dogwood. I know the contract says they can do what they need to do to get access, but this tree is not overbearing and could have been cut back more carefully. Instead the workers just hacked at it wherever they pleased without considering the health of the tree. Alas, the dogwood did not produce any berries for the birds this year. Hopefully with some TLC (and a few hundred bucks I wasn’t exactly prepared to spend) from an arborist, it will bounce back.Despite this I would still highly recommend Ferschke Construction for your roofing needs.“

“We recently contacted New England Exteriors when we began planning to replace our roof and install new windows and siding on our 28 year old home. Wayne (owner) responded promptly and met with us several times to explain the options and educate and guide us through the process. We had several bids and found New England Exteriors proposal fair and thorough. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism shown by Wayne and his staff. Wayne communicated well throughout the process and kept us updated on timeframes and the expected completion schedule. The crew was exceptional and the foreman was very accommodating and conscientious. The work was completed in accordance with the expected schedule. The house came out beautiful! We reached into Wayne several months after the work was completed as we needed a new piece of window trim due to our kitchen renovation. Wayne promptly responded and came bye to install the new trim- fortunately he kept some extra trim knowing we were doing a renovation and he anticipated we might need it when our new cabinets were installed. “I had a great experience with my rooftop solar installation with United Better Homes. I was reticent to speak with the salesmen who came to my door, but they were professional and courteous. From my meeting with the salesman, David, when he explained all of the costs and benefits associated with solar panels, to the installation, everything went smoothly. The day before my installation, there was a huge windstorm that blew shingles off of my roof and United repaired that damage at no cost to me- even thought they had nothing to do with the storm!
