We first had Shane and Segundo out to fix some damage from a winter storm. While they were on the roof, they repaired the broken fascia to cover us through the winter, as well as took careful note of the rest of the roof. They documented everything they saw with ample photos to make sure we knew the state of things, and also repaired a few little things that were doable at the time.
Given their diligence, and the poor state of the existing roof, we had them back in the Spring to replace the shingles and finish the fascia repairs.
