When I went on at first I couldn't get appointment . About 2 days later I got an opening with Anna Vankooten. I can't say enough how MAGNIFICENT Oak Street Health Is From the time you enter the Front Desk Receptionist are Magnificent. EVERYONE that YOU ENCOUNTER are So Polite they ANSWER Your Questions and Calm Your Nerves. THEN I got to Meet Anna Vankooten and I COULDN'T be ANYMORE HAPPIER. I was so nervous I hadn't gone to another Dr in 19 yrs and I Loved my Primary thought I would never find another Primary. Well Anna Vankooten is BEYOND AMAZING. She is MORE than I Could Ever ask for. I've seen her 2x so far And I have to say I've needed help with a few things and EVERY Time I call I get a Return call from Her Team within a VERY Reasonable Time and they solve each issue I've had.
