“This place is a gem. The staff is just wonderful. I had brain surgery and was barely functional on my left side when I got there. Two weeks later & I was released home-walking and thankful to have received such excellent care! Food needs attention but they get their food from a 3rd party so that is out of their control. Rooms are private w/private bathroom & a gym, mock apartment (bedroom,kitchen & shower). They get you up & moving right away with PT, OT, & Speech Therapy.“

We opted for two private classes which were reasonably priced and tailored to our needs. As a teacher, Kaeli is warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, balanced, and evidence-based. After the birth of my child, she even helped get me in touch with some additional support. She is a wonderful resource and we are lucky to have her in our birthing community in RI.“

I can't say enough how MAGNIFICENT Oak Street Health Is From the time you enter the Front Desk Receptionist are Magnificent. EVERYONE that YOU ENCOUNTER are So Polite they ANSWER Your Questions and Calm Your Nerves. THEN I got to Meet Anna Vankooten and I COULDN'T be ANYMORE HAPPIER. I was so nervous I hadn't gone to another Dr in 19 yrs and I Loved my Primary thought I would never find another Primary. Well Anna Vankooten is BEYOND AMAZING. She is MORE than I Could Ever ask for. I've seen her 2x so far And I have to say I've needed help with a few things and EVERY Time I call I get a Return call from Her Team within a VERY Reasonable Time and they solve each issue I've had. “I've been seeing Dr. Austin for years and have had nothing but good experiences. It can be hard to to get an appointment sometimes, but if I really need to be seen, I call in first thing in the morning and am usually able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Austin listens to any concerns I have, which can sometimes be a lot, and he works with me on any treatment plans I may have/need. He does not simply just diagnose and pump me with meds, but instead we try to look at things as more of a whole body/holistic view. I really appreciate having him as my doctor!“
