Given it was my first procedure I was naturally worried, but the staff was incredible and put me at ease. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was treated with care. I love that the staff and doctor took the time to explain everything very clearly. I cannot thank them enough and I will be returning here for my next visit in 5 years. This facility are complete pros!
Professional, explanatory, personable is the experience i get there. Always explain what they are doing and whats going on. Top notch staff from the receptionists all the way through to the doctors!
i cannot say enough good things about my experience at gastroenterology associates!!! i live in MA and i did a lot of research before choosing dr. daniel greenwald as my doctor. he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. he gave me great advice and scheduled a small procedure to make sure there was nothing serious going on. totally worth the peace of mind. when i came in for my procedure today i was VERY nervous… and…. wow. literally every single staff member was so kind to me. from the lovely woman at the front desk who checked me in, to the billing rep who walked downstairs to explain my bill, and every nurse i spoke with. they were all so compassionate...read full review
