Dr. Greenwald is nice and courtesy. The nurses I interacted with the day of my appointment were the same way. However, the front office staff are short, rude, and impatient when you call in. Although I think Dr. Greenwald is great and knowledgeable, I’m highly disappointment that I have been told I cannot speak with him over the phone about results, instead I have to message him online or make an office visit. Both of which would take much longer than a simple phone call. I doubt anyone would want to drive a total of 2 hours like I would have too for what would most likely be a 20 minute appointment. From making my appointment through being assisted to my car once colonoscopy was completed, I could not say enough good about this place and all of its employees. Thanks for once again making an unpleasant experience become an easy and painless experience.

I have a great GI doctor here but the phone system/service is so utterly ATROCIOUS that I cannot in good conscience give this establishment a high score.1. FIX your phone system. Call your own office and see what I mean. What phone system comes on literally every 4 seconds to say the same hold message? Are we cattle?2. When you DO finally accept a call, and transfer it, DON'T DROP THE CALL. And if you do drop it, CALL BACK. Don't have that system set up? SET IT UP.Don't waste our time and we won't waste yours.
