“Had a good experience with this center. I was scheduled for both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. The care team was pleasant and effective. I did not have to wait too long and intake was speedy. They listened to my concerns carefully about anesthesia and adjusted the protocol suitably. I did not feel any pain afterwards and was back to normal within an hour or so. Everyone, especially Nicole and Amanda, were very caring, and the center followed up the day after with a phone call inquiry as well. I was nervous about this procedure, but their quiet efficiency allayed all fears. Recommend!“

“I’ve been a patient of Dr. Manzo for over 10 years. Dr. Manzo takes his time and never rushes medical care. There was a time he was running 5 min late for my yearly physical and he felt terrible and explained his previous patient needed some extra time for their visit which of course anyone would a heart and brain understand that if he was giving extra medical time to one patient that means he cares and gives as much time needed to care for ANY And ALL of his patients including me. Appointment times are not an exact ‘science’ and everyone needs to have patience when they attend Doctor appointments. University Family Medicine has an amazing front office team that does their absolute best to accommodate patients. The medical team is friendly, attentive and compassionate. There is always accessible parking and easy access to their 1st floor office. Another perk is that there is a lab adjacent to the waiting room. I try my best to be proactive and take care of my heath so that I DON’T need many office visits, however when I need an appointment the front office team always finds a way to accommodate me. There is an online portal that makes it very easy to communicate with the medical team and have refills sent to your desired pharmacy. You will never be dissatisfied or disappointed with University Family Medicine.“
