I had an older mini-split a/c that had stopped working a couple summers ago. My wife and I finally decided to have it replaced with a Mitsubishi heat-pump mini-split and take advantage of the energy rebates from our local utility. We also decided to add another min-split for our master bedroom. I always go with 3 different vendor quotes for any project, and MPG provided a competitive quote as well as the right “sale story” to go with the Mitsubishi units.I worked with Mike (owner) for the on-site survey, quotes and final decision. Mike and Matt have done a wonderful, clean, non-invasive job of installing 2 compressors and 5 splits in our home over the course of 3 days. This 1883 home has never been this comfortable in the 30+ years we have owned it. Very professional.

While in my basement this morning (around 7am on a Friday), I noticed water coming from my failed hot water tank. Called MPG around 7:30, and they were on the job in record time, diagnosed, new water tank installed and heating up by 10am the same day! Amazingly professional, personable, and a joy to have as our local cooling and heating pros! Thanks MPG!
