Melissa and her team have groomed all of our dogs over the years; a Barbet, a West Highland Terrier and two Bouviers. They are always looking good when I pick them up. They get the haircut based on their breed. I would recommend them all the time and I have been to groomers all over the state from Providence to Westerly.

I called Priority inspections for Services needed in my home. They could not perform them, but they were nice enough not once but twice to refer other companies. Not to mention that Hilda was out of the country on vacation! Exceptional customer service!
I had my furnace and central air conditioning replaced last week and if I could give 10 stars I would! From start to finish, they did a terrific job and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From the first call I made to set up a time for someone to come out and take a look, until the work was completed, the communication was excellent. Jackie, who I spoke with initially in the office, set up a day and time to have Rich come out and take a look at my existing system, and then promptly texed me the info to confirm it. Rich showed up exactly when they said he would, and even paid attention to where I told him to park (I live in a condo with assigned parking, and I can't tell you how often service workers pay no attention to where I tell them to park.) Rich was professional and personable, and I received a written quote via email a few days later. The work was scheduled and I was told it would take two men and three days to complete it. Day one came and Josh and Paul showed up, on time, and got a tremendous amount of work done. They laid down huge drop clothes and removed a lot of my old system the first day and were very respectful of my house by containing the mess to the drop clothes. They worked three long days and came back on the 4th day to finish things off and were here until around 2. At the end of it all, Paul explained how things worked to me and said if I had any questions, don't hesitate to call them. Throughout those four days, I was impressed at both Josh and Paul's work ethics and professionalism.
I have known for two years I needed to replace both my furnace and A/C and totally dreaded making the call. I did call several companies for quotes, and looked carefully at the reviews of the companies before calling them. Being a single woman on my own, I had some anxiety about getting ripped off because it happens a lot. This is not a cheap undertaking and my knowledge of furnaces and A/C is minimal, so I was not looking forward to taking the plunge. However, Boss Heating and Cooling put all of those fears to rest. They were great communicators, incredibly knowledgable, hardworking, polite and respectful every step of the way. I now have a great looking and efficient system and am so pleased that I went with them and wholeheartedly endorse them to anyone who is looking to replace their systems. And for any single women out there, these are not guys that will rip you off! Going forward I will have them service both the AC and the furnace and I know I'm in good hands.Every person I dealt with there has been professional and a pleasure. Arthur and his team are the most professional service company that I have worked with in the area. I have had numerous jobs completed by AA Electric over the years and it doesn't matter whether it is adding a simple receptacle or installing a standby generator I am always treated like my satisfaction is of the utmost performance. When I call I am often able to speak directly with Arthur, owner and master electrician to answer any of my questions or concerns. Highly recommended and always leaves my house very clean!

Tom Burdick and Westerly Sanitation are simply the best! I wouldn't trust anyone but these guys because of the fine work they've done at my house and my septic. If you want a fair, honest, hard working, affordable and talented crew then these are your guys.

Jamie is an outstanding high tech gps surveyor. He has the education and knowledge of all of the lastest technology to do the job accurately and quickly to within a quarter of an inch of the gps calculations. This is the person everyone should hire. He’s on time and on estimate. Also very reasonable to hire.

First, they deserve 10 stars! From the initial call to the office to the work being completed quickly, this is the most professional, most organized company we have dealt with in a very long time. Mr. Hoxie is very knowledgeable, provided an immediate estimate and the work was completed within a couple hours or so. Highly recommend them and will definitely use again in future.

**Update. *** After dealing with this potentially serious issue, the owner Patrick took care of the situation right away. Mistakes can happen. This could have been pretty bad if my closing team didn’t see it on time. However the owner was very responsive and assured me to fix the problem and he did it. This was an example of an excellent customer service. However, this is also a lesson for me to check every single paperwork when there is a city office involvement. Thanks Patrick!
I am going to post this review before getting in touch with the Small Business Administration and making my lawyer to take the next step.
This company replaced my roof in 2024. I am in the process of selling my house and my lawyer just found out that Liberty Roofing opened a permit to work on the property, never paid for it and completed the job without an inspection. This is breach of contract at their end. The permit is open and this will create a major problem for me to close the sale. I have contacted but no response to this major issue.
I will certainly update this review if they will take care of the issue immediately. I should not have this problem to deal with as a client who paid fully. Permit is a very important part of this job and that’s what is promised in the contract. All I want at this point is for them to close the permit then I will update my review.

We recently had a landscape project completed at our house by Larlham Landscape. My wife and I are thrilled with the final results. The work has transformed an old tired area into something beyond our wildest dreams, due to the outstanding job done by the entire team at Larlham Landscape. We really appreciate the way the entire team worked with us, from the onsite consultation, layout design, plant choices and stone wall work; they answered our questions and made suggestions that led to this beautiful finished product.
We also want to recognize the two employees who worked through less than ideal weather conditions to complete the work. They went above and beyond to make everything look perfect.
