Our wall mounted Gas furnace failed during this cold spell. Boss Heating and Cooling did everything right, from diagnosing the problem, getting the parts quickly and having a technician repair the furnace the same day that the parts arrived. Every member of their team did their job perfectly. Great customer service makes the difference, they care.

Paul arrived at the the agreed upon time, fixed the boiler problem easily. He was extremely competent, professional, polite and friendly. I’d highly recommend Boss for any heating issues.
