“My roof sustained wind damage during a storm the day before Christmas. We lost several shingles and had water leaking into the upstairs bedroom. Edwin was extremely responsive and helped us out immediately by putting a tarp on the roof. When my insurance company underestimated the payment, Edwin fought really hard to get a more accurate assessment of what needed to be done and he advocated for a payment that was nearly twice what the insurance company was originally going to pay. The result was that we got a beautiful new roof and it was done the way it needed to be done. He was extremely easy to work with and I felt he always had my best interest in mind. “I know a lot of people in the construction business but could not get any of them to take on my job,. "I'm way too busy and just can't make any promises when I can get to it...." I came across United S A Construction after looking outside my normal contractor connections. I was very cautious about using someone that I didn't know. Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time. The job move quickly and a minor misunderstanding on my part was discussed professionally and a reasonable solution was reached without a problem. The job was completed without interruptions within a weeks time. I already have another quote for more work to be completed and I referred him to friend today. “B&R Fournier replaced my roof back in 2000 and did an awesome job. So I called them again to replace my shingles and as expected, they were great. The job was done within a day. The service and crew were awesome. Left my property clean and debris free. The roof looks awesome and the owners were great to deal with. Not to mention they came in $3500.00 less than a couple of other quotes. Ray suggested the shingles that were put on the roof and I have already received numerous compliments from neighbors. “RIHI was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of replacing the siding on my house! Lou, the sales rep, did an excellent job showcasing the product, and the woman in financing (apologies for forgetting her name) provided helpful information on various options. The project manager, Mike, along with the foreman and workers were phenomenal. It was impressive to witness the efficiency on day one as they swiftly stripped my house of old wooden shingles. Even amidst their busy work, one of the workers took a moment to help my mom, who was holding a couple of heavy bags. Over the course of 5 or 6 days, the project unfolded seamlessly with exceptional communication, adding to the overall positive experience with RIHI.
