Only one small downside for me is the redundant message when we call and are on hold, the little voice that speaks about verbal violence which keeps coming back and ends up being aggressive in the long run since the the wait is sometimes long. This past week I had a problem with my ear, the nurse asked me the right questions to understand what the problem was and the doctor was right. My ears were filled with water. I was prescribed a nasal spray which I have been using since Thursday but I want to say thank you for seeing me when you can. “I had an urgent problem with my son and was desperate to find someone to help him because he wasn’t feeling well. I went to GMF Vaudreuil-Dorion without an appointment, and I have to say the service I received was truly wonderful.

The receptionist was absolutely amazing—so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She went out of her way to make sure we could be seen. Thanks to her, we saw a nurse right away, and the nurse was also very caring and professional. To our good fortune, there had been a cancellation, and my son was able to see the doctor the same day.

The doctor was thorough, kind, and reassuring. My son’s issues—nose bleeding and an eye infection—were treated, and I left with peace of mind.
