You can tell the owner really cares about the customer experience by how immaculate the shop is kept. The ventilation is great, so there’s no heavy chemical smell while you get pampered. My technician was a total perfectionist and it really shows in the final result. Five stars for sure!
This was my first experience and I have never had any business with this organization before. I spontaneously walked-in to inquire if they would help repair my expensive Oakley reading glasses that I had mistakenly stepped on! I know crazy right-
The receptionist greeted me very nicely, the technician was very courteous, showed an above level rate of professionalism, fixed my glasses and when I inquired for what the charges for my repair would be, they refused to accept any payment.I will definitely be back to visit them for my next Eye exam and eyeglasses purchase and I will be bringing along my husband as well.
