“I called info santé, #811 and they gave me an appointment at this clinic because I absolutely had to see another doctor. My appointment was at 3:40 p.m. I came by after 15 minutes. The doctor I was supposed to meet was Madame Éthier. Very nice. She really helped me and thanks to her my problem went away with the antibiotic prescription. I admit that each person is different when it comes to appointments but call a clinic to make an appointment, I find it a waste of time and it's more like before, you must have a family doctor etc. or otherwise go to the site sometimes the appointments are far away. This is the reason 811 (health information) gives you an appointment the next day. But in short, I was really given excellent service.THANKS“
