I was assigned medical care through GAP - Reception service was friendly - Within minutes, saw Dr. De Wals. I am very satisfied with the care I received. She was attentive to my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided excellent follow-up. Dr. De Wals asked me to notify her through the patient portal once my tests were completed, and she reviewed the results and contacted me for follow up very quickly. I greatly appreciate her promptness and dedication to patient care.
For my part, I am VERY satisfied with the service of this clinic, both in terms of nurses and doctors. Regarding the reception, the ladies are very courteous and helpful, well done and thank you! Only one small downside for me is the redundant message when we call and are on hold, the little voice that speaks about verbal violence which keeps coming back and ends up being aggressive in the long run since the the wait is sometimes long. For my part, just music would be more appropriate. THANKS
Amazing service! The receptionists always welcome you with a friendly big smile and are super courteous! The doctors are very always professional and thorough. Overall great clinic, thanks to the whole staff for a fantastic experience.
