Absolutely horrible clinic! They never answer the phone and you can't even leave a message. They don't answer emails. Impossible to get appointments. When you do get an appointment, all the doctor wants to do is write you a prescription and that is after being late to see you.

After an appointment nearly two weeks ago, I've been waiting patiently to receive a referral from my family doctor (which I had to argue for in the first place), who assured me it would be sent to me via email. Clinic called me to schedule an appointment on referral from my GP and gave a number to call back. I have been calling every day for more than two weeks and message each time says to call back later. Frustrating and not impressed.
