I had a slight screen problem because the display wasnt clicked in place properly which caused my phone to open and close apps and provoke siri apple pay and so on. “Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One is required to leave their phone for at least 5 days for any repair, so make sure you have a backup phone beforehand. It's sometimes hard to get through to someone over the phone (often no answer, voicemails not returned), but I think they are just overwhelmed. This being said, a warranty repair that Google said should be done by appointment on the spot within one hour ended up taking two weeks (even once the parts arrived). I understand they had many other similar warranty repairs in their workload, but it would be more convenient if they asked clients to bring in their phone when ready to be worked on. Also, the sticker they put on the back of my phone (for my name and number) caused the plastic to flake off when I removed the sticker (see pic). Not a big deal seeing that I can cover that up with a hardshell case, but not the best in terms of customer experience. Overall they got the job done and were cordial.“
