My daughter’s computer had water leakage in her school bag and it left water marks inside the screen. Apple wanted to charge me minimum over $600 and up to open up the computer possibly up to half the cost of the computer! I said it was too much since the computer was still working and just the screen had some marks on one side. The girl at Apple said I shouldn’t leave it like that and that it could be dangerous for her to use it, trying to scare me into getting it done. When I said I might as well buy a new computer she recommended to buy the new Neo starting at $800!

I did not end up getting my phone repaired here however, the time, patience and effort that was taken with me was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. I would definitely recommend this place to any seeking any help. (Sadly I did not get his name but he was super nice and helpful!)
