Great guy, nice to talk to and knows what he's doing. He showed me how to test my laptop and told me all my options without looking to make me buy. Gave me advice for free and now my computer is working great!
Jerry was very patient and helpfull, and did a full analysis on my computer that had a corrupted ssd, and didn’t even charged anything afterwards (as it needed to be sent to Microsoft for further repairs).
