Great guy, nice to talk to and knows what he's doing. He showed me how to test my laptop and told me all my options without looking to make me buy. Gave me advice for free and now my computer is working great!

Jerry was very patient and helpfull, and did a full analysis on my computer that had a corrupted ssd, and didn’t even charged anything afterwards (as it needed to be sent to Microsoft for further repairs).
In conclusion, I can only recommend his repair shop!

Jerry was incredibly helpful when my desktop suddenly stopped working last week. After trying everything I could at home, I found this shop on Google Maps and decided to bring my computer in. Jerry reached out the next morning with a clear diagnosis, walked me through the repair options, and explained the pricing upfront so I could make an informed decision. We ordered the part needed for the repair, and he installed it sooner than expected. He also returned the defective part to me (I will keep it in my collection 😁)The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this place!
