I will no longer waste my time with the telephone company in the event of a problem or defect with my Samsung phones. This is the 2nd time I have been to this service center in 2 years and I give them a 5 star rating for the courteous and professional service. They have a workshop on site and carry out repairs within a reasonable waiting time such as the hours that follow.

After contacting samsung to repair my s22 ultra in the same day fedex came home to pick it up it was really fast however it took almost 2 weeks to get my phone back after calling them more than 5 times to hear any updates.The phone repair was pricy, but they did a good job repairing it .
