“Ferhat was absolutely amazing
I recently purchased a new iPhone at Best Buy and had some difficulties getting everything set up properly on my own.
When I returned to the store, Ferhat took the time to help me and made sure everything was resolved. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism to go above and beyond to assist me
He answered my questions, gave helpful advice about other products
Thank you again Ferhat for the excellent customer service”
