Those blue screens when my laptop would not start brough me on Saturday towards 5 PM to iTech system. In less than 2 hours, at 7 PM, all was done - including backup my existing disk content to the new larger one.
Jim is technical, friendly and know his business (I've noticed also some Bluetooth headsets and video games accessories).

His initial quote didn't cover things that he didn't know about or could figure out only on the go. When I was told that the final price exceeded the quote Jim didn't try to get away with that, and we could reach out a reasonable solution.

Excellent service! i brought in my Acer laptop to have the palmrest and screen replaced. And they did a fantastic job. The repair was done professionally and quickly, and the laptop looks as good as new. Highly recommend the I-tech system!
