Congratulations to the whole team especially to Nicolas since he was the one who solved my problems! You are pros! I could have gone elsewhere during the holidays since the store was closed. I preferred to wait for you to open your doors because it is in you and only you that I have trusted for around 20 years.

I took my Dell XPS Laptop and although they were very busy, they gave me the diagnostics and the repair on the same day. The dude who served me repaired the HDD and gave me an upgraded one! The price was very low and the staff kept it affordable.The guy who repaired the disk drive was very understanding about my time restraints and he had it ready for me at 3pm (while i was on a break from work!).Much appreciated!

I bought my computer parts separately and paid someone else to build my PC. A few things went wrong and he was too busy so I found InfoMontreal who gave me a quote of $90 per hour to build it on the spot. Normally, you would leave your computer parts and components with them and they would build it for you over the next few days, but I'm very skeptical as a person plus I was in a hurry so I just decided to pay for the immediate assistance.You can basically see them working on my computer from the front counter which was pretty reassuring.
