“I have been to this facility probably 10 times. Initially for a WimHof/Breath work seminar and then I've been back when I can squeeze in a yoga session.
Each experience has been fantastic.
The studio is gorgeous, super clean, and as an 'outsider' who is very much a beginner, I always feel welcomed to join in without judgement.
I have taken Stephanie's 5:30 AM class on Thursdays the most and she's fabulous.
Whether you are a beginner or very experienced, this place is well worth checking out!”
