The practitioners are incredibly welcoming and supportive. Their encouragement motivates me to challenge myself, and it makes me excited to come back and do it again. Even in the heat!🥵
I’ve been coming here for nearly two years. Best workout studio in the neighborhood. I have liked every instructor I’ve taken a class with. It’s different every time.
Definitely bring water (or electrolytes) and a towel, it gets quite hot and sweaty.
I think their pricing is super fair for the unlimited membership.
Molly and Julie are my go to classes for sure. They’re both super friendly and bring a great energy into the studio.
I initially thought the space wasn’t welcoming, but after a few visits, I realize I was wrong. Hot Box Yoga is a beautiful space filled with happy yogis. Classes start on time and you will be challenged in your practice. The space is clean and inviting and I look forward to the next visit every time I attend a class. You will have to get a feel for which instructor you vibe with (hence the initial hesitation) through trying different ones out. There is diversity in the attendees and seemingly the instructors. I would recommend Hot Box Yoga if you are new to it or a long time hot yogi.
