Sarah is quite literally a life saver. I've been seeing her for several months after trying a few different therapists. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, experienced in trauma/grieving, and professional. She offers great insight and perspective. HIGHLY recommend.

I recently met Jen Leary and she spoke so highly of Airmid so I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try it. The moment I stepped in their center, I felt I was in the right place. I had an amazing Yoga session there which I am still in awe of. Never before have I felt so at ease and comfortable.

I took the Vision Board workshop with Alyssa and it surpassed all of my expectations. It was a wonderful group of people. Alyssa took us through a meditation and journaling exercise to help us focus our intention and vision before we started working on our creations. All of the supplies were plentiful and varied. The time went so quickly. To wrap up, we were able to share our board with the group and commit to where we were going to put the board to be able to see it daily in support of our vision and journey.
