“Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report. Going into my fourth month trying to get a floor installed and their customer service is terrible. Today they said I'm not their customer (even though I paid more than $3,500 for the floor) becasue I bought it through my contractors trade account. They don't call back, they don't stand by their product and they don't help when something goes wrong. Update -- the store has since rectified the situation. They have allowed me to return the floor and I picked out a new floor in its place. Fingers crossed this one is ok“

“A HIDDEN GEM!! We're a painting and renovation company. I have a client looking for backsplash tile so naturally asked online for referrals to real tile showrooms. immediately 2 people recommended H Winter. We set a date with clients and was excited to visit a new place and another local business. We were warmly greeted as we entered, Jamie helped us immediately upon entry and throughout the entire process. Should have asked to show budget items from beginning -first tile picked was 5k!! ? but once we said budget we found several we liked. We left with notes and samples and prices. We will make final choice after we strip 1960s built in cabinets (to see actual tones) as we will be refinishing them instead of painting - but I digress (very excited about this project)??
