“My wife and I recently replaced our carpet on our second floor with new floors. We received a few different quotes and chose Shawn and his team at Affordable Floors for a couple of reasons. It was clear in our initial consult with Shawn that his team’s preparation and attention to detail were not matched by the other vendors. He gave us a precise plan for our floors which included installing a new layer of 1/4 inch subfloor across the entire upstairs. This was a critical step that other vendors were not offering. The reason this mattered to us is because our new floors are LVP. With LVP it is crucial to have a 100% flat surface (or as close to it) as an under-layer for the longevity of the floors. As you can see in the pictures provided they did an incredible job with this prep step. Next Shawn and his team have a large inventory of different high end styles and colors. We found exactly what we wanted in a quick trip to the showroom. Lastly the installation went off extremely well. Shawn came by at the end of the project to ensure everything met our standard, and to finish off a few remaining items. We had a great experience and would recommend Shawn and his team to anyone in search of a great vendor for their flooring project.”
