“Dean and his crew did an amazing job redoing my hardwood floors. All of the grime and paint from the previous owners were removed and sanded down beautifully. “I was there last some years ago due to Covid. As a recently retired NYC Union Skilled Tradesman / Foreman
(specialized in flooring) I greatly appreciated the Personable, Industry Knowledgeable and Professional service that I received. I’m placing an order this week and I look forward to going back to one of the very few places that understand and speak the tradesman’s “dialect” of flooring and substrate prep fluently as well as maintaining stock of professional grade, industry standard product lines that I need.“

“Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report. Going into my fourth month trying to get a floor installed and their customer service is terrible. Today they said I'm not their customer (even though I paid more than $3,500 for the floor) becasue I bought it through my contractors trade account. They don't call back, they don't stand by their product and they don't help when something goes wrong. Update -- the store has since rectified the situation. They have allowed me to return the floor and I picked out a new floor in its place. Fingers crossed this one is ok“

“What a phenomenal job they did! I can't recommend them enough. They put the old floors in 15 yrs ago and at that time did a great job. This time they pulled up old carpet and were able to match the old ones exactly. Came out perfectly and they did it in 4 hours!!!! Thank you!“
