I put in an online request for a quote, got a call the next day, they came out that week to do the estimate (which took about 20 min), and that evening I had a quote from them. There was ZERO pressure from them, and they never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was completely fair and there were no games and no hidden expenses. When they came to do the job, the office manager was there. If we needed a new board they took pictures and checked with us before replacing it. There was a minor miscommunication on a Saturday morning where the gutter installers were a little confused about the job. I called the office manager, and she came out right away to make sure the job was done right even though we had figured it out over the phone. “My chimney was expertly cleaned by P&L Chimney Sweep & Repair Services of Pennsylvania. The expert arrived on schedule, quickly set up protective coverings, and went to work. The fireplace was safe and usable once they cleared away all of the soot and creosote. In addition, they conducted a brief examination and provided me with useful advice on how to keep the chimney in good condition in between cleanings. The service was prompt, kind, and reasonably priced. I liked how cautious they were to avoid creating a mess. They are simple to suggest to friends and family because of their professionalism and dependable service.“

“Wow, this was a total transformation of my home. Dave actually talked me into a different color combination from the light color I was going for. So glad I listened to him. Also his crew was AMAZING, his lead carpenter, Rosa, did an incredible job of ripping out these ugly bird boxes under our box gutters plus plumbed out the corners of our house. The house was originally constructed in 1880 and redone with bricking the bottom in 1982. The top was not plumb so there was a lean on the front right and left corners. There is no lean now! They were done in 3 days and end of each day they did a very thorough clean up. Afterwards they did a complete review of ever single area, caulking, replacing the downspout, verifying no nails plus putting back the roof shingle (tied the scaffolding to it, very typical process). Included pics. Also best pricing over 2 other companies. Found via the James Hardi website, of which DC Mullins had the highest rating awarded by Hardi.
